A: Yes. For laser mole removal, CO2 laser is being utilized. The laser beam will evaporate away the mole tissue.
However, you may need 3 – 4 sessions to have the mole completely removed, depending on the size and how raised it is from the surface of the skin. After the initial laser removal, as long as the root is still there, it may regrow and subsequent laser treatments are needed until the whole depth of the mole is completely removed. This generally takes about 4 sessions; 1 – 2 months apart between each treatment.
